5" x 3-1/2" Evans mesh purse with 2-1/2"
round compact lid! The mesh pieces are larger than I often see and are
attched tightly to the compact frame. The compact lid has a gold tone and
black enamel deco design, all intact. Inside has the lift up section with
metal mirror for the loose powder, empty, with puff. The inside of the
mesh purse has the original yellow silk lining in top condition. Nice chain
link wrist strap. No damage at all to the compact purse. Very sweet 1930s
compact purse! |

sterling, but tested silver) vanity. Inside has coin holders for a nickle
and dime. There's a section that opens for a compact and a section for
bills. It's marked WM Co. on the inside and has ENB monogram in the corner.

with purses on both sides! The bags measure 5-1/2" x 4-1/2" and have a
green and white twisted cord handle knotted into holes on the tops of the
bags. The bags also come with a small note card attached to the handle.

4" x 3" "purse" shaped German silver purple
with nice engraved floral designs on both sides. The initial "B" is on
one side. It's marked "G. Silver" on the front. The inside has two sections
and then the middle section has a fold over clasp that opens to reveal
another compartment. The inside material is a light blue and shows some
staining, but no tears. There is a long chain attached to the outer loops
that is brand new. No dents or dings, closes tightly. The purse can definitely
be used today! From the early 1900s. |

up to a finger ring. The purse is unmarked with a plain gunmetal frame.
This probably used to hang off your belt. It can still be used that way
today! No links missing and tight against the sides of the frame. Circa

brown "knit" material pouch shaped purse with cut steel designs all over.
The bag has the original black silk lining and black cord to open/close
the bag. There is also a large ball dangling at the bottom of the purse
with steel beaded fringe. The bag looks like it was never used. The entire
bag is very clean and in terrific condition and the steel beads still have
their shimmer! Dates from the early 1900s. |
